This headphone brand produces and sells high quality earbud headphones at an inexpensive price point as a value alternative on the market. They sell 3 products: 2 variants of earbuds and 1 wireless charging pad.

Although they are an Italian company, they sell globally, with a focus on the UK market.

The Context

This headphone brand came to us with very little email marketing setup. They had begun setting up some automated flows like a post purchase flow, but were not even live and sending. In terms of campaigns, they only sent promotions for Black Friday and at no other point in the year.

We started by properly cleaning and segmenting the clients large mailing list. The purpose of this was to batch the most engaged subscribers to receive the first engagement campaigns to then afterwards be expanded. This resulted in an extra $2,000/month for the client.
